Old Town Area Community PhotoThe “Old Town” area of Seal Beach is very conveniently located between the Pacific Coast Highway and the vast Pacific Ocean. With about 3600 residences, this lovely community occupies about seventeen by four blocks. Definitely a quaint area, the Old Town area resembles a 1950s or 1960s era beach community.
