The main lobby on the Promenade Level can be accessed from Ocean Blvd. by residents only. The security lobby is accessed only from the Seaside Way entrance and must be used by all visitors.
The street address is 525 East Seaside Way and the main owner parking as well as the guest parking and the security lobby entrance are all accessed off of Seaside Way.
